Unusual Causes

Rare Causes must always be considered when presentation is unusual or clinical signs and imaging do not add up or in a younger patient. If you do not consider them then you will not diagnose them. However

• The sound of horses hooves usually signifies horses rather than zebras.
• An unusual finding is more often the extreme of a common disease rather than a rare disease
